As the Famous Footwear Store Manager, you will be the heart of our Hermiston Plaza store. Your Famous Footwear Main Tasks & Responsibilities
Lead Talent and Team Development

Drive Sales and Operational Excellence

Essential Qualifications for Our Famous Footwear Manager

High School Diploma or GED.

1-5 years of retail store management experience (specialty retail preferred).

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of associates.

Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and financial analysis skills.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Must be able to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 40 lbs. and being mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
