We are seeking a dynamic and proven Sr. Sales Manager to own and maximize our monumental partnership with Target. This is a pivotal role where you will be the architect of our omnichannel business strategy, driving growth and delivering joy to millions of fans. Your leadership will be essential in forging a powerful alliance between two beloved brands.
A Day in Your Hasbro Life
Cultivate a Legendary Customer Partnership
You will work intimately with Target to develop mutually beneficial strategies. This involves deeply understanding their needs, key performance indicators, and marketing levers to develop joint business plans that fuel growth for both enterprises.
Drive Revenue and Exceed Targets
You will be responsible for delivering ambitious revenue targets for our assigned brands. This includes accurate forecasting, developing customer commitments, tracking point-of-sale data, leveraging promotions, and managing budgets with precision.
Develop and Execute Growth Strategy
You will architect the long-term growth strategy for our Target business while implementing tactical plans to achieve short-term financial and market share goals. Your work will be both strategic and hands-on.
Master Internal Collaboration
You will build strong internal relationships and work seamlessly with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, logistics, finance, and data management to ensure strategy execution.
Serve as the Channel Expert
You will act as the dedicated specialist for the Target business, providing invaluable industry knowledge and consumer insights to guide our broader organization.
What You’ll Bring

A BBA, BA, or BS degree.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-paced, driven sales environment with a consistent track record of exceeding goals.

Experience in the Toy or relevant CPG industry managing National Accounts.

Target experience is required.

Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Superior verbal communication and presentation abilities.

Strong skills in time management, prioritization, and organization.

A results-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency.

Proficiency in analytics, Excel, and PC skills.

Ability for occasional travel to Hasbro Headquarters.

This role follows a hybrid work format, requiring 2-3 days in our downtown Minneapolis office.
