Springboard Hospitality is conducting a search for a strategic and innovative Hospitality Marketing Vice President to join our executive leadership team. This pivotal role is responsible for shaping and executing the marketing vision for our diverse and growing portfolio of over 50 lifestyle hotels.

Core Responsibilities and Key Tasks

As the senior-most marketing leader, you will be the architect of our brand’s future. Your primary mission is to drive demand, strengthen customer loyalty, and solidify our reputation as a market leader.

Springboard Hospitality Enterprise Marketing Strategy

  • Define and execute the overarching enterprise marketing strategy aligned with corporate objectives.

  • Develop and maintain a consistent, powerful brand voice and storytelling platform across all properties and channels.

  • Establish both long-term and short-term marketing goals to boost brand recognition and profitability.

Commercial Alignment and Leadership

  • Partner closely with the President, Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams to integrate marketing into the broader commercial plan.

  • Serve as a key advisor to property owners and asset managers on marketing performance and opportunities.

  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure all marketing investments are data-driven and deliver a measurable ROI.

Digital Marketing and Demand Generation

  • Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including content strategy, SEO/SEM, and paid media campaigns to increase direct bookings.

  • Lead CRM and loyalty initiatives designed to foster long-term guest relationships.

  • Champion digital innovation to shift market share away from third-party channels.

Springboard Hospitality Team Structure and Oversight

This Vice President role reports directly to the President and holds responsibility for leading a team of Field Marketing Directors, Area Marketing Managers, and Digital Marketing Managers. This is a crucial Springboard Executive Leader position, providing guidance and vision for marketing initiatives across the entire portfolio.

Your Qualifications and Background

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of transformative leadership in hospitality marketing.

  • Experience: 10+ years in progressive marketing leadership, including 5+ years in a senior multi-property or corporate role within hospitality or travel brands.

  • Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to drive brand growth and market positioning, with experience influencing executive decisions and working with ownership groups.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
