Your Mission as Our Comcast Retail Store Manager
We are seeking an inspirational leader to deliver a best-in-class experience for both customers and employees. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of our Manchester store, from driving sales and achieving financial targets to coaching a talented team and ensuring tight operational controls. This is a hands-on role for a proven manager who thrives on personal accountability and team development.
Core Responsibilities & Main Tasks
Drive an Unbeatable Customer and Employee Experience

Deliver a world-class customer experience, achieving and exceeding sales goals and customer satisfaction scores (NPS).

Select top talent, inspire your team daily, and foster a culture focused on development, feedback, and personal accountability.

Leverage customer feedback tools to monitor, coach, and continuously improve the in-store experience.
Oversee Comcast Store Operations & Efficiency

Efficiently run all in-store operations including inventory management, cycle counts, and cash handling procedures.

Act as the in-store owner for merchandising, brand standards, and resets.

Review and analyze operational and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and enhance performance metrics.

Ensure appropriate staffing levels and create efficient employee schedules.
Lead, Coach, and Develop Your Team

Coach and develop a team of 8-12 direct reports on how to expertly position all company products.

Develop personal performance plans, provide continuous feedback, and conduct quarterly performance reviews.

Build collaborative relationships with market, region, and division stakeholders.

Participate in retail test and pilot programs for new products and store experiences.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a leader who understands our operating principles and acts as a role model for the team. You must be an enthusiastic learner and advocate of our technology. The successful candidate will have:

A Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or a combination of relevant coursework and extensive professional experience.

5-7 years of relevant work experience in retail management and sales leadership.

Proven skills in Customer Experience (CX), Sales Team Leadership, Coaching, Problem Solving, and being Results-Oriented.

The ability to carry and lift up to 25-pound boxes, and to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary.
