Core Responsibilities of the Role :
As the Vice President / Division Director at Hendall Inc., you will be the driving force behind our federal market expansion. Your primary focus will be on identifying, winning, and overseeing new business, ensuring operational excellence on secured contracts.
Your main tasks will include:

Developing and maintaining a comprehensive business plan focused on specific federal agencies.

Proactively identifying new business opportunities and executing a winning capture strategy.

Monitoring government acquisition channels for aligned opportunities.

Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with government leaders and industry partners.

Leading the entire capture and proposal lifecycle for key opportunities.

Providing direct operational oversight and supervision for contracts.

Authoring proposals, white papers, and executive reports.
The Ideal Candidate for Hendall Inc.
We are seeking a hands-on leader with a proven history of success in the federal marketplace. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with an aggressive, sales-oriented philosophy and the operational acumen to manage what they win.
Minimum Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree.

8+ years of relevant business development experience in the federal sector.

A demonstrated track record of success, with 5+ years leading the capture lifecycle and managing winning proposals.

5+ years of project and/or program management experience.

Expert knowledge of the FAR, IDIQs, BPAs, teaming agreements, and the government contract lifecycle.

An existing pipeline of opportunities built on current client and partner relationships.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
