Your Role at the Disneyland Resort
As a Strategic Sourcing Intern at the Disneyland Resort, you will move beyond the classroom and into the heart of our business operations. This is a hands-on role designed for a driven individual ready to contribute to real-world projects that impact the magic.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Perform in-depth data analysis to identify significant opportunities for cost reduction and value creation.

Act as a crucial liaison between the Strategic Sourcing department and key internal clients to ensure efficient supply chain methods.

Provide direct support for major sourcing projects, including data analysis and serving as a primary supplier interface.

Develop and implement critical sourcing tools, including eRFIs, eRFQs, eRFPs, and eAuctions.

Conduct external market assessments and participate directly in supplier negotiations.

Develop and manage key partner and supplier relationships, aiding in contract implementations.

Collaborate with diverse teams across the Disneyland Resort, such as Design and Construction, Food and Beverage, Marketing, and the legendary Walt Disney Imagineering.

Strong digital literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

Academic or professional familiarity with Supply Chain Management.

Previous theme park or large-scale resort work experience is a plus.
Education Requirements:

Currently enrolled as a Junior, Senior, or Graduate student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (without rounding).
