Core Responsibilities of an Arby’s District Manager
As the critical link between our support center and restaurant management teams, the District Manager ensures operational excellence across multiple locations. Your primary focus will be on driving sales, optimizing profits, and fostering a positive culture.
Key Arby’s Operational Tasks

Drive sales and profit performance by providing hands-on support and operational expertise.

Analyze and act upon daily business review metrics with restaurant managers.

Required Qualifications for this Arby’s Role

A minimum of 1 year of experience as a District Manager.

At least 4 years of overall restaurant management experience.

A demonstrated history of providing exceptional customer service.
Preferred Experience

2+ years of District Manager experience within the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry.

6+ years of progressive restaurant management experience.
