Your Mission: Key Responsibilities as an Area Sales Manager

 

This leadership role is critical to our success in the East Florida market. You will be responsible for directing all sales and merchandising activities within your geographic area to achieve key performance goals.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of salaried leaders and frontline employees to exceed sales targets.

  • Driving key performance indicators such as market share, net revenue, volume, and cost management.

  • Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with key customers to ensure superior service and execution.

  • Translating national and area priorities into effective, actionable territory plans.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams in Commercial, GTM, Delivery, and Warehouse to resolve challenges and optimize performance.

  • Activating local and national marketplace initiatives to maximize brand performance.

  • Competitive Salary: The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 – $178,100, based on experience and location.

Do You Have What It Takes? Required Qualifications

  • Willingness to travel within the sales area up to 70% of the week and work a flexible schedule.

  • Ability to lift 40 lbs. periodically.

  • Indefinite right to work in the United States.
