Core Responsibilities and Main Tasks
This Director of Network Operations role is a pivotal leadership position within our Population Health initiatives. You will be instrumental in driving the strategic vision that enhances patient care and operational excellence across our network.
Strategic Leadership & Representation
As a key leader representing TriHealth, you will engage with executive and community leaders. This requires a high degree of professionalism, empathy, and the ability to navigate complex communications on a broad spectrum of topics.
Operational Execution & Program Management
You will be directly responsible for executing critical components of the overall TriHealth and Population Health ACO strategy. This includes defining strategy, innovating care models, and collaborating with a diverse set of stakeholders.

Experience Requirements

A minimum of 10 years of experience in a healthcare business environment is required.
