Core Responsibilities at McDonald’s
Your primary duties will involve ensuring the accurate compilation, analysis, and reporting of Technology Investment Financials. Key tasks include:

Supporting data tools and flows for the annual Technology planning process.

Enabling leadership decision-making through powerful data visualizations.

Maintaining processes for product owners to track budget versus actuals.
-
Developing reporting for franchisee leadership reviews of tech investment spend.
-
Assisting with essential financial activities like headcount planning and corporate tax allocations.
McDonald’s Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in financial management.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years of experience in Multi-Project Financial Management and/or Finance Planning.

Significant statistical analysis and reporting experience.

Exceptional ability to synthesize large volumes of data into actionable insights.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and SmartSheet.
Preferred Qualifications:

Project Management experience.

Knowledge of McDonald’s restaurant technology.
