2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your state) to use the Site.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or submitting applications.

3. Platform Use & Important Information

We provide a safe platform for posting and discovering jobs from trusted sources. We do not charge any fees to applicants. We prohibit harmful, misleading, or human-trafficking related ads. Report suspicious posts to contact@job1first.com.

  • Always verify job offers directly with the employer before accepting.
  • We are not responsible for hiring processes, offers, or agreements between employers and applicants.
  • We may decline to publish, or remove, any listing at our discretion (including after two weeks of publication).

4. Job Listings & Applications

  • We act as an intermediary between advertisers and users; verify the accuracy of any listing before applying.
  • Advertisers are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of their listings.
  • Users are solely responsible for documents and information they submit (e.g., résumés, personal data).
  • Logos, employer names, and brand assets belong to their respective owners; requests for removal may be sent to contact@job1first.com.

5. User Content & Conduct

When posting or communicating on the Site, you agree to:

  • Refrain from offensive, unlawful, discriminatory, fraudulent, or rights-infringing content.
  • Not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Not scrape, copy, or republish content except for personal, non-commercial use.
  • Comply with applicable laws, including labor and anti-discrimination laws.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All Site content (text, design, layout, and code) is owned by Job1First or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Company logos, trademarks, and images remain the property of their respective owners.

We do not charge applicants any fees. If you are ever asked to pay during the job application process, please report it immediately to contact@job1first.com.

  • We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of listings or employer information.
  • We do not guarantee that notifications or alerts will be delivered to every user.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Job1First and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Job1First, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site (or remove content) at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, applicable law, or is otherwise harmful.
